A gem on the Emerald Coast

We have stayed at the Eastern Shores complex seven out of the last ten years. This unit (ES211) is by far the nicest of the four units we have rented. Well equipped and maintained. Can't beat the view either.

We would most definitely rent this unit again.

We do wish the unit had regular cable TV versus a Roku-equipped device - we are old, don't have streaming subscriptions and do like linear programming.

Perfect beach vacation

I've stayed in many units in Eastern Shores, and this one is beautiful. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well-appointed, and everything was very clean. We loved the first-floor walkout access. I was planning to go ahead and book this unit for our trip next year. Unfortunately, the price had more than doubled from what we paid for this trip, so we found a much cheaper option in Eastern Shores. But I highly recommend this unit. It's lovely!

Paradise on the beach

The condo at 207 East shore was very nice and clean. Had everything we wanted. The view was amazing. We have stayed at this gun minium several times and we will be back.

Perfect Beachfront Rental

We have stayed at Eastern Shores several times throughout the years, but this was our first stay at unit 103. It was absolutely perfect! The condo was very clean with beautiful, updated furnishings. We loved being an end unit which meant no foot traffic between our unit and the beach, plus added light from the windows. We had very windy conditions during our stay which prevented us from being able to enjoy the beach as much as we would have liked, so the beachfront porch was very nice to have. You cannot ask for better access to the beach - literally three or four steps down and your feet are in the sand. Benchmark Management was great to deal with -- great communication leading up to, during, and after our stay. Very easy check in process. Accurate description and photos. Quiet area but still close to many restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Perfect Corner unit for a VIEW of the OCEAN

You can't beat the view of this unit and walkability to the ocean. Kitchen is stocked with all one needs, including filtered water & ice maker. The bunks need some finishing touches. The railings didn't have primer or a seal so they will cause splinters for littles and the bottom pull out bed is HARD to maneuver. Unit was very clean and the patio is a highlight of the unit.
